11am (until 7pm on Sunday) Silent AuctionCome to the lower level of the new church building to view and bid on a variety of unique items and valuable services.
Noon (until closing) Live Greek musicPeter Deneff and Danny Papakalos of SYNTHESI provide live Greek music.
12:30pm Church TourCome see our nearly finished new church and listen as our priest, Father Vasili, explains the history, traditions and worship of the Greek Orthodox Faith. Please be respectful of this sacred space by bringing no food, drinks or loud talking into the sanctuary. Thank you.
1:15pm Cooking DemonstrationZoe Loukaki is giving cooking demonstrations downstairs in the lower level of the church throughout the weekend. Zoe recently moved to Alaska from Piraeus, Greece, where she owned a restaurant.
2pm Greek Dance PerformanceOur two dancing groups perform traditional Greek dances, dressed in regional costumes.
3pm Church Tour
3:45pm Cooking Demonstration
4:30pm Greek Dance Performance
5:30pm Church TourOn Saturday evening, the service of Great Vespers will be held at this time, instead of the usual church tour. All are welcome to attend the service. (Please remember to silence your cell phones.) Father Vasili will be available for questions after the service.

Bouncy House

Lots of fun for the kids! A fee will be charged to bounce.

Silent Auction

Fabulous items will be available for you to peruse and bid on all weekend in the lower level of the church. Bid high and bid often until the Auction closes on Sunday at 7pm.

The Agora

Our Agora (market) has gifts and souvenirs from Greece, novelty T-shirts and Greek music. Plus, the second edition of our own parish cookbook,Tastes Like Home: Mediterranean Cooking in Alaska, is also available. Many of our festival recipes are included in this fabulous cookbook.

The Deli

Find imported Greek cheeses, olives, olive oil, grape leaves, halva, pasta, herbs, cookies and candy. Plus, get Greek food to go: Moussaka and Pastitsio are available frozen for you to bake at home, along with Galaktoboureko, one of our most popular Kafenion treats.

Please visit our bookstore and gift shop inside the new building for Orthodox Christian books and gifts, icons and devotional items.
